This agreement is entered into on this day of , of the year , between:
Lars Peterson, hereafter referred to as the "Photographer", and:

, hereafter referred to as the "Client".

As indicated by the Client's signature at the bottom of this agreement, The Client allows the Photographer to photograph the client, and use that photograph for artistic, marketing and promotional purposes. The Photographer retains non-exclusive rights to any photographs taken, and does not require further authorization to use the photographs in future marketing, promotional or artistic projects. The Client will not be entitled to any further compensation, other than the compensation listed below.

Compensation:

In addition to having the right to use the photographs supplied to the client for personal or promotional purposes, the Client will be compensated for the photography session in the following way(s):


The Client retains the right to use any supplied photographs for any purpose. The Client may not sell the supplied photographs to another individual or company for any purpose without a prior rights agreement between the Photographer and the purchasing individual or company. Supplied photographs may not be used by the Client in any way which is defamatory towards the Photographer, or in a way which is pornographic or otherwise unlawful.
Photographs will be supplied by the Photographer to the Client in the following formats:
on CD.
via Email. (lower resolution photos)
printed on Photo Paper. (will incur additional costs.)

The best photos from the shoot will be supplied to the Client, in original format, within one week of the shoot, including any edited, modifed or retouched photos. (Edited versions will be in addition to the original file.)

These rights and restrictions are not exclusive, and the Photographer retains the right to reproduce the image(s) for resale or for any other promotional or commercial purposes. If the work is resold to another party, any rights agreement entered into by the Photographer and that party shall not affect this agreement or the Client's copyrights. Similarly, if this work or image has been sold before, any rights agreements entered into at that time shall not be voided or compromised in any way by this agreement. By signing below, I acknowledge that I am signing by my own free will, I am not under the influence of mind altering medications, and I am not being coerced into this agreement against my will.
